Product Overview
The High-Pressure Diffuser is used when sampling high pressure gases with Portable Particle counters or microbial air samplers. Applying compressed air or Nitrogen gases directly to a particle counter or microbial sampler may cause damage to the instrument. With particle counters it will also cause instability inside the sensor that produces false high counts.
Features
The High-Pressure Diffuser works by adaptable the flow rate with an external port to provide a path for the excess pressure.
Inlet – threaded fitting, male or direct input to ¼ “standard compressed air tubing.
The low-pressure end of the diffuser has outlet fitting ½ " inch tapered tube connection directly to special sampling head.
1/2” or 3/8” tubing to be connected between the High-pressure Diffuser & your Portable particle counter Instrument.
The high-pressure diffuser is manufactured with Stainless steel and highest quality materials.
This ensures a long life of reliable use. We provide support services for all devices over their lifetime.
The high-pressure diffuser has no moving parts, and does not require any calibration.
Over time it is possible that particles may build up on surfaces within the diffuser, and re-quire cleaning.
